Grown in the high mountains of Veracruz, this decaf preserves the coffee’s natural flavor and aromatic character through the Mountain Water Process. Using water sourced from Citlaltépetl, Mexico’s highest volcano, this gentle method removes caffeine, without using any chemicals, while retaining the compounds that give the coffee its distinctive taste and aroma.

Harvested, processed, and decaffeinated in Veracruz, this coffee stays close to its origin throughout its journey—a celebration of Mexican coffee, without the caffeine.
